It's natural to be weary of surprises in the service industry. Every so often, you hear about a job costing far more than what was initially anticipated. I can promise you that it won't happen with Maid of Honor - I have a tried and true system for formulating your quote. In most cases, I don't even need to see your space to have a ballpark idea of cost, because we distinguish your priorities ahead of time. The quality of the clean, the budget... I can make anything work. Say you want to budget for two hours on a one bedroom condo, but it's in disrepair and it would likely take longer to get everything in top condition. The $70 you spend is going to make a world of difference either way. It's plenty of time to spread throughout, or tackle what's bothering you the most - bad bathroom, bad floors..

Apartments, condos and small homes all generally take 2-3 hours to maintain. If you're looking for a regular clean, it'll cost you $70-$105 per session. (Apartments and condos are almost always $70.) I've maintained larger homes in a 3 hour window before, too. (ie - three floors, master bed & bath, 3 piece bath & two bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom and powder room.) A home that size tends to take 3-4 hours to maintain; $105-$140. Admittedly, the square footage won't indicate much information to me. I will ask you how many bathrooms, how many bedrooms, and an honest briefing about the condition; I know this is subjective, but I trust your good judgement.

If you need everything to be as perfect as we can get it, and/or if the home needs some TLC... Then I will have to drop by for a quote. I cross the GTA multiple times a day, so chances are, there's a perfect time to meet.
